What Are Mega Volume Tweezers?
If you struggle to hold the base of your mega volume fans, or if they regularly fall apart, then our Mega Volume Lash Tweezers will be your perfect match! These specialist tools are suitable for multiple fanning techniques and can be used with your regular Volume lashes, as well as fluffy Premade fans and Easy Fanning lashes. So, no matter which fanning method you have perfected, Mega Volume Tweezers will be your ideal choice. Lightweight and easy to use, our new tweezers are designed to be super comfortable and the perfect weight to avoid the dreaded wrist strain.
These innovative eyelash tweezers are crafted from stainless steel, meaning they are incredibly durable, and are Autoclave and Barbicide resistant, so you won’t have to worry about damaging them when disinfecting and sterilizing your lash supplies. Just a quick note: if you are using Barbicide on your tools, don’t leave them in there for too long, and ensure the tweezers are completely dry before you put them away, just so that they don’t tarnish. Not to mention, they are available in two colorways, gold and black, which will look ultra stylish on your lash trolley!
How to Use Our Mega Volume Lash Tweezers
So, which lashes can the London Lash Mega Volume Lash Tweezers be used for? Great question! In order to find out what size volume fans can be created using these revolutionary tweezers, they have been hand-tested by Lash Specialists using multiple fanning techniques. If we take it back to basics, Volume lash fans consist of lighter and finer eyelash extensions to ensure safe application. The downside of this however, is that the finer the lash extensions, the more difficult it is to create a fan. This is where our Mega Volume Tweezers come into play.
They come in both regular tip and fiber tip designs that are both suitable for picking up 0.06 lashes to create lash fans of up to 8D, 0.05 to create fans of up to 10D, and 0.03 and 0.04 lashes for lash fans of up to 16D! While you can technically make larger fans with 0.03 lashes according to the volume formula, we would advise that you only go up to 16D to make absolutely sure that your clients' lashes are kept safe. When testing and developing these tweezers, we made fans up to 16D, so we can guarantee that they are able to produce these results perfectly and consistently!

Ultra Fine Tip Mega Volume Tweezers: These Mega Volume Lash Tweezers are super fine and slim, with 5mm long tips for ultimate precision and optimal fan control. Although these tweezers are the ideal shape for any lash fanning method, they are perfect for Lash Techs who prefer to use the wiggle or rainbow fanning technique.
Wide Tip Mega Volume Tweezers: With a wider boot and an angled tip, our Wide Tip Mega Volume Lash Tweezers and their curved body make for an ultra-comfortable fit for your hands, with theirangled tips allowing for amazing precision. These lash tweezers are suitable for any fanning technique, so if you favor a ‘boot’ style tweezer, this one’s for you!
Long Slim Mega Volume Tweezers: As the name suggests, these Mega Volume Tweezers showcase a very fine, slim, 7mm long tip. These are perfect for Lash Technicians who love to use the pinching method to create volume fans, as the 45º angled tip allows for a tight grip whilst still providing you with a clear view of the base of the fan.
What are Fiber Tip Mega Volume Tweezers?
As we previously mentioned, our Mega Volume Tweezers are also available with fiber tips! Our new Fiber Tip Mega Volume Tweezers provide additional grip, but in the same three tweezer designs (Ultra Fine, Wide Tip, and Long Slim). When creating volume lash fans, it’s especially important to have a firm grip on the lashes, and this is achieved by the tip's diamond-patterned hex texture. If you want to create wispy lashes with a mixture of volume and closed lash fans, these fiber tip tweezers are up for the challenge.
What’s the Difference Between Mega Volume and Regular Volume Tweezers?
The main difference between Mega Volume and Regular Volume lash tweezers is that Mega Volume Tweezers have thinner tips, providing an incredible grip for picking up, creating, and placing volume lash fans. Similarly to our Multifunctional Tweezers, the Mega Volume Tweezers can be used in a multitude of ways, like isolating individual lashes, separating stickies, and picking up lash extensions. Dissimilarly, when creating lash fans, our Multifunctional Tweezers are only suitable for fans up to 2D as they haven’t been developed for volume lashes, so they don’t have the same level of grip, and the straight shape of these tweezers makes it a little harder to create mega volume lash fans - whereas the Mega Volume Tweezers are ideal for making larger lash fans up to 16D.
The boot-shaped tip of the Regular Volume Tweezers are ideal for fans of 2D to 6D due to their strong grip; however, they aren’t as strong as the Mega Volume Tweezers, since when it comes to achieving mega volume, it's crucial to have tweezers that can handle a larger amount of lash extensions. Our Mega Volume Lash Tweezers have a firm grip and the perfect amount of surface area, allowing you to perform multiple fanning techniques efficiently. While volume fans are great for most situations, they won’t be enough to achieve the desired effect with mega volume lashes.
Lastly, before expanding your tweezer collection, don't forget to check out our Glue Remover for Tweezers. It’s important to clean any glue that gets on the tips of your tweezers right away. It's much easier to clean them before the glue dries and gets stuck in any of the grooves. If you do end up with dried glue on your tweezers, soak them in some glue remover and then thoroughly cleanse with the foam balls to ensure they're spotless.
