The Nouveau Lashes LVL CeraLashBalance pH Reconstructor is a breakthrough step for professional lash lifts. It’s step 4 in your LVL treatments.

During a lash lift, the pH level of the lashes must be raised to 10 for the process to work. To prevent over-processing the hairs, the pH must return to the natural level of 5.5 as soon as possible. Applying LVL CeraLashBalance helps to return the lashes back to the correct pH level and repair the hair cuticle.

As well as correcting the pH levels of the lashes, it’s also enriched with a vegan keratin alternative, Keravis™ PE. This protein complex rebuilds hair from within whilst protecting the surface, strengthening lashes and helping to lock in moisture.

One bottle contains enough serum for up to 75 treatments.

· Shake well before use

· Dispense one drop per eye into a mixing pot

· Coat the lashes with the serum and sweep under the shield to easily remove from the eyelid
