While I appreciate the resolution, it’s important to note that the main issue was the long delay and poor handling of my case, not just a technical problem.
It was only after changing my tone and escalating the situation that the refund was finally processed.
I sincerely hope future customers will not have to go through the same experience.
Order placed on April 5, 2025, access never activated.
Despite a confirmed payment for this online course, I have never been able to access the content. I constantly receive an error message saying: “You have not purchased any course yet.”
I immediately contacted the customer service, sent screenshots, followed all their recommendations (browser change, retry on other devices, etc.).
Still, after over 20 days, I have received no access, no refund, and no clear solution.
It’s extremely disappointing, especially coming from a brand I used to trust and value for its quality products.
