Do you sell mink lashes?

We offer three main collections: Kensington, Mayfair Mink, and Chelsea Silk. While these names are used to differentiate the styles, all of our lashes are made from high-quality, 100% synthetic materials. The primary difference between the collections is the finish and the overall aesthetic:

• The Mayfair Collection features a darker, shinier appearance - ideal for clients who want a bold, dramatic, and glamorous look.
• The Chelsea Collection offers a softer, more natural finish, making it a favorite for natural volume sets or classic lashing.
• The Kensington Collection sits right between Chelsea and Mayfair. It features a soft, satin fiber finish that balances softness with definition. This makes it a versatile choice for artists who want a refined, polished result with a bit more presence than Chelsea, without the intensity of Mayfair. Kensington lashes come in both mixed length trays (7–14mm) and single length trays, providing flexibility for daily salon use, structured sets, and training. Kensington mixed trays feature 20 lines per tray, providing more value than standard 16-line trays and reducing the need to restock as often.

Additionally, the strip for Mayfair lashes is slightly less tacky, which many lash artists prefer for creating fans depending on their specific fanning method.

For Classic sets, Chelsea and Mayfair are both industry favorites. Kensington is the go-to when a client desires a softer, satin-finish classic or a versatile volume look.

What are the best eyelashes to buy?

The "best" lashes depend on your workflow, the looks you want to create, and your desired service time.

For Speed: If efficiency is your priority, our Speedy Lashes and Premade Fans are the perfect place to start. They are designed to significantly cut down service time while delivering consistent, professional results.

Natural Alternatives: Brown lashes are surging in popularity for classic and soft volume sets. They offer gentle definition without the intensity of black lashes - perfect for clients with lighter features or those wanting a “no-makeup” finish. 

For Classic sets, our Mayfair or Chelsea lashes in .12–.15 diameters are top sellers. Use Chelsea for a soft, natural vibe and Mayfair for a glossier, high-impact finish. If you want a delicate, ultra-light classic look, our Kensington .085 lashes offer definition without any weight.

If you love the look of wispy, textured sets but want an easier way to build them, our Easy Fanning lashes are the answer. Made from super-soft, lightweight fibers, they allow you to create fluffy fans directly on the strip, speeding up your service time. What is the maximum diameter recommended for volume fans?

When choosing the diameter for volume lashes, consider these factors:

The thickness of the client’s natural lashes.

The overall health and condition of the natural lashes.

The desired final density.

Rule of thumb: The more volume you want, the thinner the lash fiber should be. (Mega Volume = thinnest diameters).

2D Volume: We recommend .10 or .07 diameters.

3D–5D Volume: We suggest .07 or .05 diameters.

6D+ Volume: We recommend .05, .04, or .03 diameters depending on the desired look.

Pro-Tip: If a client wants a longer look, reduce the volume slightly to ensure the natural lashes stay healthy and aren't overloaded.

What lashes are best for creating a volume set?

All of our lashes (except for our Flat/Ellipse lashes) are suitable for volume sets. It usually comes down to artist preference:

Chelsea: Soft, matte, natural.

Mayfair: Dark, bold, glossy.

Kensington: Versatile, satin finish.

Easy Fanning: Best for wispy, textured sets and saving time.

Speedy Lashes: Apply like a classic but look like volume.

Premade Fans: Perfect for consistent volume without the time-consuming fanning process.

What lashes are best for Classics?

Both Chelsea and Mayfair are excellent for Classic sets. We offer diameters ranging from .12 to .20 so you can customize the weight for each client.

If you want a modern Classic look:

Kensington .085: For an ultra-light, effortless "mascara" look.

Matte Flat / Ellipse Cashmere Lashes: These have an ellipse shape that creates a thicker, more dramatic look without the added weight. Their flat base provides a larger bonding area for better retention. They also feature a split-tip for a softer, wispier finish.

What are your lash extensions made from?

All London Lash products are made from high-quality synthetic fibers. They are 100% cruelty-free, vegan, and hypoallergenic.

Which adhesive should I use for colored lashes?

Clear glue is your best friend for colored lashes! If you are using light blue, pink, or white, a clear adhesive like our Crystal Bond ensures the attachment points are invisible so the color really pops.

However, if you are using dark blue or brown lashes, you can use black adhesive to create a deeper "eyeliner effect." Just remember: your glue application must be perfect, as it is more visible with colored lashes!

Which of your lash collections are the softest?

All of our collections are engineered for comfort, but the feel depends on the diameter. Naturally, .03 and .05 lashes will feel softer than .15 or .20.

For Classics: Our Matte Flat / Ellipse lashes are a favorite for softness due to their split-tip design.

For Volume: Easy Fanning and Premade Fans offer a fluffy, lightweight feel that won't overload the natural lash.

Which lashes are recommended for the "Pinching" vs. "On the Strip" technique?

All of our lash ranges are universal and work for both techniques. The main factor is the stickiness of the tape:

Chelsea & Brown Range: Orange/Brown tape (less sticky).

Kensington & Mayfair: Green tape (more sticky).

Some artists prefer a less sticky strip for the pinching method and a stickier strip for fanning on the tape, but it is entirely based on your personal preference.

What is the difference between SpeedYY and Candyy lashes?

Both use the same fiber and are applied like a classic lash to create a volume look (YY, 3DW, and 4DW).

Candyy Lashes (Miss Ldn Collection): * Designed for beginners or those who love a "fun" aesthetic.

9 lines per tray | Mixed lengths 8–13mm | Playful pink packaging.

Why do Brown lashes in .07 and .15 look like different colors?

They are the same shade, but diameter affects color perception.

The .15 fiber is thicker, so more pigment is packed into it, making the color look deeper and darker.

The .07 fiber is finer, so the pigment is more dispersed, making the color look softer and lighter.

Can your lashes be used with UV glue?

Yes! All of our lashes are compatible with UV LED adhesive systems. As long as you follow the adhesive manufacturer’s instructions, our lashes will bond effectively.
